Xumar, jauniete ar māksliniecisku dvēseli. Brīvprātīgā darba projekta “Harmony for Change 24/25” pirmā jauniete ir devusies mājās, pēc 12 mēnešu dzīvošanas un darba Gulbenes novadā. Xumar darbojās Rankas jauniešu iniciatīvu centrā “B.u.M.s.” un jauniešu centrā “Bāze”. Viņa rīkoja dažādas aktivitātes - radošās darbnīcas, ēst gatavošanas aktivitātes un jogas nodarbības. Viens no svarīgākajiem projekta pasākumiem bija viņas rīkotā labdarības akcija “Nemet ārā – atdod kādam”, kas sniedza iespējas tiem, kam tās bija nepieciešams.

"During the “Harmony for Change” project, I experienced a deeply transformative period of my life. Living and working in an international environment taught me to understand people beyond language and culture, listen with empathy, and respect differences.
Through working with young people and creating meaningful activities, I grew more confident, patient, and emotionally aware, while strengthening my teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Each challenge became a lesson, helping me become more flexible, organized, and self-reliant.
Overall, “Harmony for Change” was not just a project but a journey of self-discovery that inspired me to keep learning and making a positive impact wherever I go.
